For details of all PAYE Online issues and what HMRC is doing to resolve them go to our PAYE Online service issues page. You can also check service availability for PAYE Online here. Submissions showing as "Rejected" incorrectly - published Friday 08 May 2009 We are aware that some users of the HMRC Online Returns and Forms - PAYE may have received email responses stating that forms submitted online have been successful, whilst the forms suite shows the status of the forms as "Rejected" but with no clarification of the reason for rejection. This issue also means that you will be unable to access the "View, Print and Store Submitted Forms" for any affected submissions, including the printing of P60 forms until this has been resolved. Please do not attempt to resubmit or delete any forms affected. We are currently working with our service partners to resolve this issue as a matter of urgency, a fix has been identified and will be implemented as soon as possible and we will update you with the fix date one known. We expect to have fixed the issue before the due date of 31 May giving you sufficient time to view, print and store the P60 forms. Penalties are not applicable should you be unable to provide the P60 forms to employees by the due date. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. Employer CD Rom issue - published 29 April We are aware that some employers are experiencing difficulties installing their 2009 Employer CD-ROM. If you have an issue with installation or you are seeing the yellow ‘Technical Difficulties’ message on your 2009 Employer CD-ROM please visit our Employer CD-ROM 2009 page for the latest information and help to resolve this issue.
